Who we are

TagReady is operated by Just IT, MB (company code 305582536, Vilnius, Lithuania), the controller of the data described here.

What we store and why

We use shop data to scan for legacy scripts, prepare reports and cleanup guides, re-host scripts you choose and run monitoring:

• Shop domains and scan results: script URLs, verdicts, theme names, file names and line numbers, matched snippets, page coverage, scan times and errors.
• Shop settings, including an optional storefront password for password-protected development stores, stored encrypted.
• Re-hosted script URLs or code, labels, page selections and enabled state. Enabled scripts are also sent to Shopify for the app embed.
• Billing and monitoring state. Shopify handles purchases and subscriptions; we read their status to check access. We never see or store payment card details.
• Shopify session tokens needed to connect the app to your shop. Shopify sessions may include the name, email and user ID of the staff member who opened the app.

Customer data

TagReady stores no customer personal data and requests no access to customers or orders. It only reads your public storefront pages and, through Shopify's Admin API, your published theme. It does not edit, duplicate or write themes.

Emails

We email only Monitor alerts and the final deadline check, to your shop's contact email. We send no marketing emails.

Hosting and service providers

TagReady is hosted in the EU by Hostinger, which also delivers our email. Shopify provides the app platform, sign-in, billing and app embed storage.

Retention and deletion

We keep shop data while the app is installed. When you uninstall TagReady, or Shopify sends a shop/redact request, we delete the shop's scan results, settings, re-hosted scripts, monitoring history and session tokens.

We handle Shopify's GDPR requests (customers/data_request, customers/redact and shop/redact). As we hold no customer personal data, customer requests have nothing to return or delete.
